I've noticed these ads are on more here in Korea CNN than the rest of Asia. The new product looks nice, it just hurts when I try flying KE around Asia instead of intercontinental, because that new product is nowhere to be found (I've tried NRT, PEK, HKG and BKK). They do have polished service though, I think the ads do a good job of highlighting that. I flew the SQ 77W up here to Seoul yesterday and realized the SQ planes with the KE staff would be the best airline going. When the fleet refurb is done these guys will be top notch.
