Would the concierge be likely to help with my transfer?

Do taxis take credit cards? Also, if I do take a taxi and need to have Yen, about how much do you think it will cost? I am on expenses so it will be OK to take a taxi all the way to the hotel. I am staying at the Interontinental ANA.
