You did the right thing. Sometimes someone has to step up to the plate so to speak. You are what being a UNITED FLYER (TALKER) is all about.
If I had to listen to that guy moan all the way I'd go crazy.

Before I leave home on a trip, I always take the CHIP off my shoulder. This does help to avoid all the potential pitfalls of being on the road.

It's refreshing to see that you did the right thing...as some of us would have done.
