CapitalOne is great as long as everything works and you don't need customer service. But good customer service stories are very few and very far between for CapitalOne users.
I think they mean well, but their international customer service isn't, and they don't want to spend the time and effort that it takes to drive great service for their customers.
forgot to mention that the last 3 phone calls, when the agent said he/she would transfer me to another agent, each time I said "can you transfer me so that I won't have to wait 15 minutes on hold?" and each time they said "yes, it will only be two or three minutes", and then it was 10-20 minutes. By the last call I was only asking for my own amusement.
