Hello,
I have 2 legs flown with SQ metal in F early November which did not show up by PPS value in my account.
The booking was made with Lufthansa involving LH (code share) flight No but with SQ metal from SIN to MEL RT.
The miles were already credited on my LH M&M account since 13 days but the PPS values are still missing in my SQ account.

Under the new rules code share flight flown with SQ metal do count for PPS value-right?
What is the best way to get the PPS value credited?
I think the online tool at KF website is not really suitable - Should I do it by call/email asking help of the PPS coordinator?
Any advise welcome
