Fax a copy of your USAir statement to the Skymiles Service Center at 404-715-9220. Make sure you include your Skymiles # and contact information. The agent said you would get "a tailored offer" based on several criteria (current status with USAir, YTD activity with USAir, YTD activity with Delta, etc.) Sometimes they'll match your status automatically (up to Gold); other times you'll get some type of challenge where you need to fly a certain # of miles within a 3-month period.
