I am vocal with complaints so thought I would voice a compliment. Four of us are flying Thanksgiving Day, including my very allergic 12 year old. We are on 2 different itineraries because we bought a companion fare. I worry about my allergic one, so, even though I had talked to AS about that and the 2 itins when the tickets were booked, I called again yesterday just to make sure. There was no note in either itin about either of these concerns.
A very helpful and cheery AS employee named Suzanne helped me and noted the allergies (nuts and animals) and the meds we have to carry on, and even checked all 4 of our flights to see if any animals will be in the cabin. I know that can change at any time, but it was so nice of her to check and assure me that for the moment at least there are none.
Because I worry, I called this morning, and it is all in there, so, kudos to AS on this one!
