I rented from Alamo at MCI like 15 weeks straight and got one of the letters. I responded with a letter of my own stating that there was never any damage noted at time of rental and I requested evidence of damage and that I had no intention of paying them anything and that I would file a complaint with the attorney general in their state of incorporation as well as the BBB if they continued with their fraudulent practice. I never heard back.

I now refuse to rent from them or National.
