I was in HKG on 11/16 on the way to SIN and stopped into the RCC to ask about a shower (after the very long LAX-HKG flight). I was told it was "under renovation" (where have I heard this before). The agent was very kind, however, and made a copy of my boarding pass, stamped it and sent me to the Plaza Premium showers (separate from the actual Plaza Premium lounge).

It was rather basic (no amenity kit, soap pump on the wall, unisex [!] toilet area), but that shower was very refreshing and allowed me to stay awake on the HKG-SIN flight and sleep much better after I arrived in SIN (and visited Boat Quay and drank an ice-cold Tiger at 2 a.m.).
