Has any one had a great experience with their outsourced/insourced travel group? We have real problems with ours and are thinking about calling it quits. Love to hear your experiences.
Ours is totally lousy. Nothing beyond the most simplistic requests are met - and often even those are screwed up. We now hold reservations ourselves and send them the record locator for the final purchase. Why companies still do this is beyond me.
