Slightly faster than island time. Tons of international traffic, but most in itty bitty prop planes

The only big international arrivals are IB from Madrid, and Copa from PTY. I think there are ocassional jets from the islands, but they aren't common... maybe an A300 to Aruba, or SDQ (not too certain though, somehow I get stuck on the prop planes for those flights)
