I ended up getting her a refurb 8700 in ATT box w/ new accessories for $80 shipped. Now I need to decide what kind of case to get her (the plastic clip isn't going to cut it). She won't use a belt clip. It'll bounce around in her purse and will need some sort of protection. Whatever I get her will need to be leather and on the stylish side (no ballistic nylon).

What I can't decided is if she'd like a flip-front case that's always on the phone or one where the phone slides in and out of. I'm affraid if the phone slides in and out that at times she'll toss the phone in the purse without putting it back in the case. My worry with the flip-front style case how comfortable are they for actually talking on the phone?
