But they won't let you type in a PNR or record locator number and pull up any reservation, for security reasons.

But I can identify myself with a password as I log into Mileage Plus, and then should be able to access all of those reservations. I'm not saying do away with the PNR, but let me access them from my Mileage Plus Account.

I bring it up because I book all of my business travel through the company travel agent, but I would like to be able to check on my seat assignment, upgrade status, etc. from ual.com.
