I think the point is once the OP has enough posts, he should try CC to trade his EVIPS. Folks would gladly trade 15k for 1 evip without question whihc is the value the OP has placed on this particualr EVIP.

I would even think folks would offer him 30k for 1 EVIP, which to the OP would allow a r/t upgrade on a transcon, saving him 1 EVIP (assuming he would be so inclined to use 2 vips to upgrade a r/t trans con).
