I do know my experiences this fall were the worst ever. Had a 1hr 10 min queue in September and a 40 minute queue in October. In the past, there was no real problem at all... 10-20 minute queues. I believe that there is some new service that arrives from Nigeria about this time now and perhaps other service that makes this more painful than it used to be.
