Thursday in September, 2+ hours in a remarkably disorganized mob that eventually was funneled into a proper queue. Probably the longest immigration line I've ever experienced, and a real surprise entering normally well-organized England. The EU line was essentially non-existent, but many who were eligible couldn't find it due to the mob scene.
