In my experience LGW at that time in the morning for non-EU citizens can be quite a long wait (45-60 minutes). EU citizen line tends to be under 10 minutes. Don't know if it being that close to christmas will help or hurt. Of course you will be one of the first off the plane, so it really depends on whether you get to the gate 10 minutes before or 10 minutes after the closest Singapore airlines 747, or whatever.
There's no fast track as far as I know.
