I have done a number of random routes checks on expertflyer and have not managed to find one domestic flight that departs within the next 24 hours with F3 A0. If there are still 3 First Seats available it's either F3 A1 or F3 A2..even a few F3 A3..So I believe if you are the only person listed to use an E-VIP you will clear before any EXPs

Thanks UncleDude! ^ Very helpful. Especially the random check. That does seem to prove that as long as the flight shows F3 I still have a chance of clearing in advance. If it does not clear prior to the 4 hour mark, I'll have to start working the system the best I can.
