Had a Cash and Points stay here for leisure during the start of Oracle World. Was moved to a king corner room on the 21st floor instead of the 2 queens on a lower floor that was promised in my SPG booking ^. Staff was courteous and friendly and the location was very hard to beat (wife wanted to do some serious shopping). I would definitely stay here again.
