Started answering, but after about 10 q's re my hotel patterns, type of hotel etc I got a screen saying I wasn't eligible to take the rest of the survey (and thus won't get the voucher). Very unprofesional I think. I am HHonors diamond and SPG plat, plus have had a number of stays at other hotels.
Very strange ... think you should complain to HHons. I was offered 3500 points or 7.5 stg Amazon voucher ... and have opted for the 3500 HHons points
