The RCC manual says that the concierges are available to make your reservations and ticketing for same day travel. They will also accomodate you for other than same day travel if you're buying a First Class ticket. In the 20-some times I've tried to get ticketing accomplished for future travel and not FC, only twice did I get snippy, lazy, detestable "Concieges" who told me to go to a ticket counter. When I explained that I'd have to drag all of my possessions through two concourses and then re-enter through security, the fact that they weren't the slightest bit busy was irrelevant. I was blithely told it's not their job.
