Been to 9th Ave. Bistro many many times, but never been lucky enough to be in one of those porno bingos. I think this bar is under the same management team as the bar on 9th between 45th and 46th (used to be Cleo and the Saloon???). However, I do find 9th Ave. bistro to be more packed from time to time without really knowing the true reason.

I visited both 9th Ave. Bistro and Ritz last night with my partner. We went to the Ritz first. It is about being fabulous. People look great there. Wear expensive clothes and just act fabulous. Music is very loud but if you are in the mood for some good music, this would be the place to go. My partner and I had to leave because it was impossible to talk inside. We then went to the 9th Ave. Bistro, in which people are much more casually clad, are much more relaxed, and IMHO, are more real. We had a nice chit-chat there and cruised a couple of hot guys. All in all, it was a fabulous night.
