This made me weep..... if they're saying that tasers don't kill people, are they saying that this poor man died as a result of a language barrier and irrational (frightened) behavior? No, we will probably find out that this tragic victim had a heartcondition which no one could have known about.

Even if he was in a state of acute psychosis, he was obviously not threatening the lives of others. The taser must be re-evalued and the thugs who are so quick to use them, must be held accountable.

There are just too many medical conditions which could be a factor. Also, there are many other non-lethal and perfectly safe ways for trained people to constrain/subdue an unarmed disturbed person. Why is law enforcement in North America so comfortable in using excessive force at a drop of a hat?
