Yes, they allocated NO seats for 72 hour upgrades. Also the seat map only shows seats reserved, not how many ticketed or upgraded with NO seats assigned. I was on a 757 (with 24 F seats) with only 5 full on the seat map on Friday and they did NO upgardes until Airport Check-in. Also as this is Thnaksgiving weekend they are saving seats/upgrades (until 30 minutes before flight) in case of flight disruptions.
