This is a classic case for the "Passenger Rights" people....the airline, not the weather, not ATC, is at fault BUT won't endorse the ticket over.

The all are sowing what they will reap...more regs and fines. Hard to feel sorry for DL when the hammer falls....and ultimately it is going to fall.
