Most of the times when the agent doesn't behave like a total imbecile, questioning the existence of the SEN level etc., it did work properly. But in the many cases when I noticed that the agent clearly did not understand what LH SEN was good for, I was unlucky.
The safest sign that something went indeed wrong is when the your LH number (or at least the first few digits) do not show on your BPs. I would then insist on fixing it.

Easiest way to show the card and point to the *G symbol.... it helps.. If you don't have a card ... you might have problems, also when trying to get into the RCC
