Unlikely that you can book it with *pts. You'd have to check with the hotel directly to see if the upgrade would actually be to those rooms. I'd think it would be a Junior Suite or Executive Suite, those are both smaller than the Luxury Bay Suites. You shouldn't have a problem fitting 4 into any of those room types from what I could tell. I believe only Executive Rooms and Suites grant Executive Lounge Access, but if you stay in a Luxury Bay/Penthouse/Presidential Suite getting access shouldn't be a problem if you ask. We didn't have the time to bother, so I couldn't tell you as a matter of fact.
