Did you check that the awards you are interested in, do not cost at least 25% more with KF than they do with Dividend?
Other than the bonus I see little advantage in the switch which constitutes a major effort. KF does neither value *G nor do they pay any attention to KF Golds. Anything short of PPS and it's derivatives have no weight whatsoever.
For my taste, the incentive to switch would definitely be quite a bit too low to dare the task.
As for M&L ... it's not a program for Y flyers, especially not Y flyers on non M&L carriers.
