I've stayed at this hotel several times as a Plat and always end up on the 12th floor. Never have gotten an upgrade and never have been given a room in my requested location (on the side facing the golf course/Wynn). Always have to return to the front desk to get the side I want. Bonus points haven't posted without extra calls.
Having said that, I really like this hotel. Not having a casino has saved my many $$'s and a CL that is open on weekends is great. As is always the case, YMMV.
