Listed lounges for UK Plat are BMI, CO and NW. AA lounges are a listed benefit for the US / Canadian Plat as well as DL (but not BMI for them).

Whether you can get into an AA lounge with a UK Plat is therefore questionable, although people have claimed to have managed it.
