Best I found for IAD was:
SJU: 41.00 w/ cert each way.
LAS: 29.00 w/ cert each way. This is good via LAX or SFO.
MIA: 20.00 w/ cert each way.
Both were available yesterday, however the LAS seems to have gone up 20.
