PC membership is by invite. You start at the Preferred Service level and rent a whole lot, then they invite you. When the company I work for selected Avis as the preferred exclusive provider, I called and had to give them our corp travel info to prove high rental counts, then I received the PC level. One level above is the Chairmans Club, where they pick you up at the terminal and meet you there upon return. Good stuff and love the free upgrades....

Update. Just got something from Avis called to join Avis First. Anyone know what this is and if it is better than Presidents Club?
