Download the electronic timetable from UA's website. Then you can enter in your flight details and it will indicate what meal (if any) will be served. The notations used are:

B - Breakfast
L - Lunch
D - Dinner
S - Snack

Once you have downloaded the electronic timetable, you don't need to be connected to the internet when you check flight details. This can be very handy!
