Some background... I had originally ticketed my flights this way, but the fare went down. I went to the LAX 1K room to reissue, and out came only one coupon. They said there was nothing they could do to get it back to two coupons.

So I went this morning to the Santa Monica UAL CTO and did it there. No problems.
