No Comair business seats with BA miles, but available with AA miles!
I have been booking flights to South Africa using AA miles, and the availability for miles bookings on ba.com generally corresponded with what the AAgent could offer.

Except on Comair: while there is plenty of availability PLZ-JNB in Y for miles, ba.com shows no availability at all in business. But AA had no trouble giving me business seats
