I agree: "being asked to prove that you belong in the premier line b/c you're young doesn't seem like too big a deal." However, it *is* a big deal when the inability to product proof is the impetus for a UA employee to pick your bags up and carry them over to the Economy line...

btw...I'm not *that* young looking...I haven't been carded for alcohol in years. I'm just grumbling because my "youthful" appearance (along with casual dress) results in worse service than when I was not a Premier Exec. (Something's wrong with this picture when I experience more hostility after having flown 50k, than when I flew 2k each year...I know that 50k is a drop in the bucket for the million-milers, the point is is that consisted disrespect is unwarranted.)
