Your call will be given priority and answered by one of an experienced team that is dedicated to helping our most valued members. And because the team understands the benefits you have as a
Silver member, they'll be able to help you get the most out of your membership and give you a faster, more personal service.

We're making another big improvement: from 11 December 2007 you will also be able to refund your
BA Miles for bookings made on partner airlines. So if you cancel a reward flight booked with one of our partner airlines, the BA Miles you used to make the booking will be returned to your account in full*.

We're very excited about these new benefits and we hope you start to experience the difference they make to your Silver membership very soon."
