I'm sorry, if you were in the US you would have recieved credit for all rooms plus the meeting room. Outside the US, its just your room. You should have recieved the quad bonus if you signed up for the promo, I would call the PC Service center on that. Last, if the hotel said you would recieve the points for the meeting room go to them. If the said you would recieve the points and you didn't you should have recourse. If they can't get the points to post you could ask for points vouchers equivalent to what you should have recieved. I had an issue earlier this year (I was in the US though). I merely told the hotel that next time I would have the meeting (and 15+ rooms) at another hotel. I was more than compensated after that.
