I have stayed at this property twice in the past month and both times I had issues getting hot water. The front desk didn't seem too concerned when I called to complain.

One other pt - I haven't had the points from either stay post. I've had to call GP to get credit for it. The only reason to stay here is to get the G2 bonus.
