You'd have to review your agreement with the manager of the property involved. I know in NAmerica, ICH does offer a ppints program for conference organizers that covers meeting rooms and guest rooms, but these must be arranged for ahead of time and not credited in the normal fashion for PC stays. You would only get a Stay Credit on the room you personally occupied, not any of the others, and thus only earn bonuses on that room's points. At this stage, I don't think the PC service centre can be of much help.
