Still Issues after 4 stays
I really want to like this property because it is very convenient to a client. But, after 4 stays, the most I can say is that it is OK.
I continue to receive checkout receipts under the door that say you have earned "0" points for your stay. I've learned that is code for "you won't get any points unless you call SPG." As a platinum I've received a room on a high floor every time, but never a suite. The room service food is very mediocre and expensive.
But, if the price is right, I will probably continue to stay here because of the location. I do wish they'd work on the points thing and expand their room service menu.
