My eyes just flew over this and I have a few remarks...

I admit I dont know the most about the Jetstar/Pornstar product but I know that it sounds like a very dirty business practice to keep ticket portions that are not part of the airfare.

Also it is not acceptable that it is in Jetstars hands to decide if a tax is worth it to refund or not. And this is not a question of 40AUD !

I book a LH ticket from FRA to ZRH for a 3EUR fare and pay 99EUR. Should I decide to cancel I get 96 EUR back (I'm serious!).

Sometimes there is a point where you say I dont take it anymore as in this case! Also see my signature...
