Talking about the freight... Does anyone think all of a sudden a customer appeared and provided BA with cargo to fill a few planes on the last minute?

The freight would have went over with a passenger plane otherwise and now the space on these planes remains empty (or nearly) so the loss of ressources and sense is there - period !
