I just started checking out expertflyer, and was disappointed that it does not include any award or upgrade availability on United, just other airlines.

Are there any other tools that do support this on United? KVS claims to, but requires Windows, which is annoying.

It's sad to have to pay $100/year for information that ought to be easily obtainable from united.com, but it does seem to be a lot easier to get fare rules with expertflyer...
