Hi

I booked a meeting room and 8 bedrooms in a HIX in the UK last week and although I have been credited the points for two of the rooms for accomodation and room charges, I have not been credited for either the meeting room I booked (which I was told by the hotel I would get points), or the other six rooms (except for the room charges).

Also the rooms I was credited for have been noted as non-qualifying and have attracted no quad bonus.

Any suggestions as to what to do to maximise the points on this one ? Is it best to approach the hotel to review thier reporting of the stay or contact Priority club with a missing points claim.
