I've only been in E- once since the introduction of E+ and that was the LAST seat on a san-den flight where my scheduled flight was listed as delayed and this earlier flight was my only shot to get home that evening (had a cxn). Still took me a few minutes to decide whether I wanted to accept the seat (at least it was a window) or wait it out for my flight and reserved F seat.
