For example:

instead of
LASTNAME/FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME MR
or
LASTNAME/FIRSTNAMEMR
instead of
LASTNAME/FIRSTNAME MR
So what if the computer thinks my name is Firstnamemr instead of Firstname?
