My experience of the RCC at LHR has only been positive. They've always let me in without any questions and I always travel on economy tickets. In fact, long before I made Prem. Exec. I was allowed in: It seems that they have a local rule that all Premier members with a UK address flying on a ticket that was bought in the UK are allowed access.
