just sent off my request to have points migrated from rzgp to goldpoints plus.

It looks like in my case I now have two accounts and the one I can access has no points as it has not been associated with my gp number and I can't log on using my gp number....

When I try to update the logged in profile I get a user already exists error ...arrrghhhh

Even worse though is my points/elite status. After 65nights over 5 stays in Radisson hotels I still haven't got the right amount of points and status nights etc,. I should be GOld Elite with about 200,000 points so I am 'well pis**d off'.

Then when I finally managed to get a response back (after about 10 attempts) with promise of sorting things out the web site changes, looks like i'll have to start all over again (or try the hilton next time!)

Anyone with any back-door contacts to goldponts plus I would really appreciate an email address
