Appletom: I've never had a CP before, so that can't be it.

I'm truly confused re: the definition of "12-month period" as it applies to earning enough credits for a CP vs. the definition of "12-month period" as it applies to total credits earned.

Today it shows 104.5 RR credits earned in the 12-month period from 11/13/2006 - 11/13/2007, but still only 67 credits earned toward a CP.
